With the current emphasis of locating all plant equipment on the same floor level and eliminating any in-floor sumps or trench, the need for machine tool pumpstations has increased greatly. Filtra-Systems is a leader in the design of pumpstations which must be optimized for each specific application and integrated into the machine tool vendors design. We work closely with machine tool vendors and end customers to insure that pump station design and control is optimized for the machine cycle time and shutdown volume. All pumpstations are completely assembled, wired and tested prior to shipment. Standard pumpstation options include variable frequency drives, chopper pumps and Hydrolifts, for low machine discharges.
