Modular Water Treatment

Modular Water Treatment & Filtration Systems

Modular water treatment and filtration systems are versatile turnkey solutions to water filtration.

These complete systems consist of multiple pre-fabricated modules that are manufactured in our manufacturing facility remote from the end-user.

With Filtra-Systems controlling the manufacturing and engineering processes, there are several added efficiencies afforded by the client or end-user.

Direct communication with the engineering team and the manufacturer allows for complete integration.

These efficiencies and level of control throughout the process minimize installation costs and resources required in the field to mobilize and commission an operation system.

Description

Typical modular water treatment systems will include Walnut Shell Filters (WNSF), Dissolved air filtration, chemical management stations, pump stations, control valving, and a host of instrumentation and automation capabilities should it be necessary.

These modules can be assembled to any level of scale, scope, or orientation since they are constructed on individual steel modules.

The modular construction of the system lends itself to superior shipping support and ease of installation since the individual modules are complete and only require interconnection.

Operation

Typically designed in a single pass solution, the modular water treatment process is generally described as being a “train” or a linear flow path that travels through each individual module of the system.

These modules each provide value added to the treatment process whether it be through chemical management, filtration, or absorption.

Features and Benefits

Shorter Schedules – We build our equipment within our ISO 9001 facility, with a robust quality system that follows a project life cycle built for success.

This controlled environment helps us oversee all aspects of the project under one roof providing huge efficiency gains in labor and engineering.

It also helps in removing roadblocks in obtaining permits, mobilization of equipment, engineering and weather.

Permits – Permits may have to be pulled in order to complete the site work even if there is a modular solution available.

However, with your equipment being manufactured remotely, parallel paths can be initiated so that work doesn’t get delayed while waiting for permits and approvals.

Lower Cost– Since our equipment is modular and manufactured to a fixed contract, there are no hidden costs seen on a time and material budget set by on site contractors.

Engineering and Manufacturer – Our modular equipment is built and designed by our engineering staff and doesn’t require several engineering and labor contracts to be released in order to accomplish your goal.  You can work with our engineers directly to customize your equipment and have our technical services team help install, commission, and train operators for a seamless turnkey installation.
